1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
✔ The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (including any accessories, cases, or cleaning cloths).
✔ Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
✔ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
✔ The product must not have any scratches, damages, or modifications.
✔ Custom-made or prescription glasses cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Provide Details: Include your name, order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (if applicable).
3️⃣ Wait for Approval: We will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide return instructions.
4️⃣ Ship the Item: Once approved, carefully pack the item and ship it back to the address we provide.
5️⃣ Confirmation & Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed as follows:
✔ Full Refund: If the product is returned in perfect condition.
✔ Partial Refund: If the product is damaged, missing accessories, or shows signs of use.
✔ No Refund: If the product is not eligible for return (e.g., outside the return window, damaged due to misuse).
💰 Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after return approval.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method (bank transfer, credit card, or digital wallet).
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under these conditions:
✔ If you received a wrong product or defective item.
✔ If you prefer a different style or color, but the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return.
